As an independent family based company established in the 1990’s we take pride in giving a very personal service catering for all our client’s needs.

Our offices are conveniently situated in the busy Town of Brentwood and the beautiful Village of Ingatestone. Brentwood Office specialises in the first time buyers market, family and prestigious homes. Our experienced team has just enjoyed a record breaking year and is looking forward to the challenges of 2008. Our letting department, also based at Brentwood, covers corporate and residential letting and are members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
Ingatestone is home to our Village and Country department covering all the surrounding villages, with modern to period homes and luxury apartments. The popular Anglo European School in Ingatestone, which offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma, makes the village a sought after area in which to live.
The Country and Equestrian Team, also based in Ingatestone, cover the County of Essex selling primarily Properties with land. The demand for such properties up to £4m is ever increasing often, from buyers with or without equestrian needs. With a wealth of experience within this field our team is happy to advise on all matters relating to Country Homes. Our Mayfair Office is host to the best independent agents Nationwide and is able to negotiate the best rates for National advertising and complimentary editorials.
