Dear Adam,

For the second time in less than a year I find myself putting pen to paper in praise of your Company.

Too often expressions such as: ‘..go the extra mile..’ or ‘..give added value..’ have become meaningless platitudes which sadly detract from praise of genuine service.

Over the past eight or so years we have gone full circle together and have arrived back where we started! As you know I have used your company to buy, let, sell and now buy a property once more. The care and attention give by you to each of these transactions has been nothing short of exemplary.

Conducting business, especially property business, from over two thousand miles away is never easy and I have needed a lot of help and guidance, even to the point on some occasions of having my ‘hand held’ and your expertise and willingness to help has been invaluable.

May I take this opportunity of expressing my deep gratitude for all that you have done and of wishing you and everyone else associated with the company continued success.

The reputation, integrity and all round business acumen of estate agents is much maligned, often rightly so, however, I must put on record that my dealings with your firm over the past couple of years have disproved that widely held sentiment by some way.
